Quiz Night raises £500 for disabled sport charity

A charity quiz night raised £500 in aid of WheelPower.
St Crispin’s Leisure Centre, in London Road, held the quarterly event last month with food supplied by The Tamarind Tree Indian restaurant in Peach Street.
The winning team was Pheasant Pluckers for the fifth time in a row.
Tony Penge, centre contract manager, said: “Our quiz night is always such a great success and we are so pleased to have raised £500 for WheelPower, which is a very important charity to everyone here.”
