Sun shines on WADE fair

The mayor of Wokingham town, Councillor Peter Lucey, officially opened the summer fair at Wokingham And District association for the Elderly (WADE).
Visitors tucked into hot dogs while the little ones enjoyed getting their faces painted at the centre in Reading Road.
The fair on Saturday, June 16, raised £1,455.10 for the association.
David Butler, vice-chairman of WADE, said: “The refreshments proved a winner.”
