A MAN who likes a challenge was appointed new manager of UK operations at an international IT security systems firm in Theale.

Graham Jones, who was chosen as new UK country manager at Integralis in Theale House, Brunel Road, said he is in for an "exciting challenge".

Mr Jones brings some 25 years of experience in management within global companies including NEC, Dixon's and Actuate.

Mr Jones said: "Integralis will be an exciting challenge for me. The security market is one of the few growth areas for IT spending, but the sector is mature and competition is fierce.

"Integralis has developed a strong brand identity and a focused growth strategy. The challenge for me now is to ensure that market share increases in what is a highly competitive sector."
