Steve Lamb, chairman of the Thames Valley Berkshire LEP, said: “We are delighted to strengthen our board with two appointments that will support key sectors.”

Is WBC still a user of the Common Purpose leadership training organisation? If so, given we are supposed to have a Conservative council, why?

Is it a paid role? Does it require more than a part-time role? Is there any conflict of interest? Does anyone ever need title such as "co-opted education sector director and deputy chair" or is it purely designed to confuse people and keep them in the dark?
