Two new names for IQ Winnersh

A business park has had a bumper start to the year, welcoming two new companies.
Global property practice Rider Levett Bucknall UK Ltd and aluminium door supplier UK Bi Fold have moved into IQ Winnersh Business Park on 10 and three-year leases respectively.
Frank Tate, of UK Bi Fold, said: “We carried out a lot of research to find the most suitable space to showcase our products in the south of the country.
“IQ Winnersh is the ideal location for us to reach our customer base; furthermore we are sure that our staff and clients will appreciate the business park’s on-site amenities.”
The company has fitted 3,500 doors in four years.
