International paints company makes IQ Winnersh its European base

An international paints company has made its European base in Winnersh.
Valspar, a global name in the paints and coatings industry, has taken a 7,800 sq ft unit at IQ Winnersh business park on a five- year lease. Paul Lewis, regional director for industrial property developer SEGRO, said: “We are very pleased that Valspar has chosen IQ Winnersh and we are delighted to welcome them to the park.”
Valspar joins Virgin, Atos, Jacobs Engineering, QlikTech, Microchip and Harris Engineering in the park.
The new E2 building, with Grade A office space, launches at IQ Winnersh in the first quarter of next year.
