Berkshire Consultancy wins national award

A Reading consultancy firm has won a national award for its top work with the UK Border Agency.
Berkshire Consultancy was named overall Supplier of the Year in the 2009 Home Office Supplier Value Awards.
The company had already triumphed in the “best collaborative working” category thanks to a staff engagement project with the Border Agency’s North West division, which resulted in annual savings of more than £2 million.
Bosses from the firm, based in Priory Court, Beech Hill, picked up their prizes at a glitzy ceremony at the Home Office on Thursday, July 9.
Director Allen Knight said: “This award embodies what we try to achieve for all our clients and is a real vindication of all the work we have done in both the public and private sector for the past 15 years.”
