Office let complete for Doyle Clayton

Commercial property consultant Lambert Smith Hampton has completed a significant letting in the town centre.
The Castle Street firm, acting on behalf of Cheval Properties, has let 3,360 sq ft of office space to employment law practice Doyle Clayton in Western Road.
The firm signed a five-year lease on the first floor of Sovereign House at a rent of £24 per sq ft following its relocation from Blagrave Street.
LSH acted jointly with fellow agent Andrews Denford & Boyd.
