Law firm Shoosmiths has advised French firm Graitec on its acquisition of a UK software company.

Graitec – the third largest engineering and construction software provider in Europe – acquired the entire share capital of software house Integer Software Limited.

The Shoosmiths’ team, based at Apex Plaza, was led by corporate partner Dean Drew and supported by corporate associate Adam Hewitson and corporate solicitor Rachel Reeves.

The firm was introduced to the deal by broker Alexandre Odin of DDA & Company, LLC, a corporate finance boutique with a presence in Europe and the US.
