Firm answers when you call

STAFF at Reading-based office specialist Executive Communications Centres (ECC) are celebrating after answering 10 million telephone calls on behalf of their clients.

The national firm, with a centre in Kings Road, has provided top class office accommodation and call answering services to more than 400 businesses over the last 18 years.

ECC has been one of the pioneers of the ‘hot-desking’ market, allowing mobile businesses and entrepreneurs to rent office space on a temporary and ‘as required’ basis.

Tony Waldron, managing director of ECC, said: “I am absolutely delighted at reaching this milestone, particularly in an industry that is not quite in its infancy, but certainly only in its adolescence.

“This is an industry that is traditionally involved in helping smaller companies to compete with larger competitors, and has played an integral part in the success of many businesses in seizing opportunities in emerging markets.”
