Romans, which has a branch in King Street Lane in Winnersh, was honoured for being one of the most successful firms in the country with a top service record.
Romans' prize is two return airline tickets to next year's Home Sale Network International Conference in Palm Springs, Florida.
Peter Coles, director of Romans, said: "We are very proud that all our hard work has been recognised."
The prizegiving ceremony was hosted by Penny Mallory, presenter of Channel 4's Driven show.
